A Hybrid Intuitionistic Fuzzy Group Decision Framework and Its Application in Urban Rail Transit System Selection

The selection of an urban rail transit system from the perspective green and low carbon can not only promote construction but also have a positive impact on development. Considering uncertainty caused by different conflict criteria fuzziness decision-making experts’ cognition in process system, this paper proposes hybrid intuitionistic fuzzy MCGDM framework to determine priority system. To begin with, weights experts are determined based improved similarity method. Secondly, subjective weight objective criterion calculated, respectively, according DEMATEL CRITIC methods, comprehensive is calculated linear integration Thirdly, considering regret degree risk preference experts, COPRAS method theory propounded prioritization ranking. Finally, City N selected for case study illustrate feasibility effectiveness developed results show that metro (P1) most suitable city N, followed municipal railway (P7). Sensitivity analysis conducted stability robustness designed decision framework. Comparative utilized validate efficacy, practicability methodology.
